I'm Joseph Majalca, a instructional designer and multimedia specialist based in Chicago. With a background in biomedical visualization, fine art, and anthropology, I design engaging graphical representations, interactive modules and compelling educational multimedia experiences that effectively communicate complex scientific and biomedical concepts.

My work blends traditional drawing techniques with contemporary digital software tools to produce everything from scientific illustrations and molecular visualizations to instructional design modules. I’ve collaborated with institutions such as the Pew Charitable Trusts, the Field Museum of Natural History, Encyclopædia Britannica, Johnson and Johnson, the University of Illinois at Chicago, and the Chicago Botanic Garden.
